Signature Holistic Face Massage – 90 Or 75 Minutes
Deep Tissue Face Massage to Sculpt, Release and Rejuvenate.
Massage begins with lymphatic drainage, face sculpting, ending with scalp massage.
This signature 90 minute massage includes buccal massage (intra -oral massage), however for those not wishing to receive Buccal Massage, the 75 minute treatment does not include this targeted technique.

Buccal Massage (included in the 90 minute Treatment)
Buccal Massage or Intra-oral massage, is a massage technique performed with sterile gloves, working specifically to target the muscles in the jaw, the masseter, and the temporomandibular joint. By working inside the mouth we can better target the tension in this area and help release and relax these muscles that contribute to TMJ, bruxism and chronic tension relating to these issues.
*Pregnancy is contraindicated for Facial Massage can only be performed for those in 2nd trimester

This Mini package is a short and sweet option for those who experience excessive TMJ discomfort and tension, or recurring headaches and migraines associated from head, neck and scalp tension. It is a non-invasive and non-medicalised option to treating those associated symptoms, making it a sustainable option for those who are preferring to target root causes.

POST SESSION CARE
Each treatment and ritual allows for many changes and shifts within the body, including the increase of lymphatic pathways to drain, increased blood circulation and oxygenation of the cells, and this includes blood supply to the brain and heart – as we work closely with the chest, neck and head.
In doing so, this also circulates stored emotions and although you should feel deeply relaxed after a treatment, you could also notice that in the following 24 hours, you may notice feelings surface or emotions asking to be released.
After any type of bodywork, if you can, it is ideal to give yourself time to feel the changes, rest and allow the body to settle into it’s new orientation.
